Farmer’s Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Farmer’s Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

I’m not really sure if this is what farmers actually eat for breakfast, but that is how it was introduced to me. And now, perhaps, me to you!

Today, it will be Farmer’s Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Why cook three times when once will do?

Farmer’s Breakfast
1. 3 small potatoes thinly sliced and browned in 2 tblspns of oil
2. 1 large onion, coarsley chopped and sautéed with potatoes
3. 2 slices peppered sausage diced and mixed into potatoes and onions
4. 2 eggs stirred into mixture

Salty Sir Fussy Pants is insisting on fish for breakfast. He was not impressed when that last one got away.

That looks about right. When it’s hot out in the ocean, its foggy and wet on the Wet Coast. That means you’re on the right track, heading the right direction. Finally. Woohoo.
