01 Mar Feast
Despite the mixed swell making sailing almost dead downwind something like a theme park ride, I baked bread. Other than cornbread, the oven has seen limited action. Now that I am out of crackers, I figured today was as good as any to bake a couple of loafs.
Tonight we feast! Tomorrow, if there’s any left, French Toast for breakfast. With fresh bread waiting and French toast in the wings, the commotion outside is all but forgotten.
