Fed Up

Fed Up

Fed Up

I just couldn’t face another dinner of canned something or other. As much as I love ravioli, I was getting fed up with the same old same old.

Corn bread to the rescue. It’s a cinch to make and best when it’s warm so you have the perfect excuse to eat it all in one sitting.

Nani, bless her hard working heart, vacuum bagged premixed ingredients so kitchen klutzes like me can’t go wrong. The baking directions are even written on the bags.

With Seaburban bucking on a close reach into 22+ knot northerlies and the stove banging into the both the outboard and inboard gimbal stops, this is the result. A bomb proof boat recipe that just might prevent a mutiny when the crew tires of stale crackers, herring, and, of course, ravioli.

That looks about right. When it’s hot out in the ocean, its foggy and wet on the Wet Coast. That means you’re on the right track, heading the right direction. Finally. Woohoo.
