Special Delivery Compliments Randall Reeves

Special Delivery Compliments Randall Reeves

Departed Berkeley Marine Center at 0545 PDT. Headed out the ‘Gate’ through pea soup fog…

Spare air blades arrived via special delivery compliments of one Randall Reeves and the folks at Scanmar Marine. In case you’re wondering, yes that Randall Reeves!

I can tell you I was more excited to meet Randall than to get the blades! Rick Whiting, the San Fran Port Officer for the Ocean Cruising Club managed the whole day for me and then some. I was treated like royalty, feted about town by Rick and Randall, and was graciously and professionally looked after by Cree, Owner of Berkeley Marine Center. If you ever have to crash land somewhere, crash land there.

There are no words to describe how grateful I am for the help and care I received.

That looks about right. When it’s hot out in the ocean, its foggy and wet on the Wet Coast. That means you’re on the right track, heading the right direction. Finally. Woohoo.
